Problem statement. Statistically significant relationships establishing between cast tin-aluminum bronze properties, as well properties and its chemical composition will predict the level of mechanical when poured into dry sand-sodium-silicate mold. Purpose. Functional determination with tin aluminum content up to 6% each. Material methods. Alloys for investigation have been prepared by melting technical purity primary charge materials in crucible induction furnace using graphite charcoal coating material. Studied alloys proper-ties calculated based on experimental samples tests results during their static expansion impact bending at room temperature accordance actual stand-ards. control has carried out precision analyzer EXPERT 4L cut from club-shaped samples.
